Quick Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional, for topping)

How to cook

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (approx. 8x8 inches or similar size).

    Peel, core, and dice the apple into small pieces. Spread them evenly at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

    In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir well to combine.
